Sexy, flirty, and just plain wonderful!

Believe it or not, this is the first book I’ve read by Lauren Blakely and only my second book by Sarina Bowen. I’m really not sure why that is as both of them are very prolific, but now I need to make time to read more of their work.

This story is everything I look for in a romance: sexy, funny, flirty with wonderful characters. The Best Men starts out with a bit of an enemies-to-lovers vibe but that doesn’t last too long. It takes Mark a little bit to warm up to Asher but once he does the sparks fly and the sexy time heats up very quickly.

Asher never thought he wanted kids but then he goes and falls for single-dad Mark. Mark is bi-sexual and divorced from his daughter’s mother. He suppressed his attraction to men but Asher has awakened that side of him and now Mark wants to explore everything.

Asher loves that he’s getting to have a fling while helping out at his best-friend’s wedding. When he finds out that Mark has never really experienced being with a man, he is happy to initiate him into all the ways two men can enjoy each other. And boy are these scenes hot! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

This book had me smiling nearly the whole way through. There were a couple of rough spots for Mark and Asher’s romance but they finally work everything out. I’d love to read more MM romance from this writing duo.
