A lonely raccoon shifter. A hopeful possum shifter. Awesome donuts–and true love.
Raccoon-shifter Mico Foley drives a garbage truck in Fox Hollow, a job that keeps a roof over his head while he pursues his true passion—creating art with found objects. He fears he might never find a mate—until he falls hard for the sexy new baker in town. But will a hottie like that fall for a guy like him?
Possum-shifter Jack Hargrave is the new night baker at Bare Necessities Cafe, his big opportunity to do what he loves most—creating irresistible confections. He didn’t move to Fox Hollow to find a mate, but the handsome truck driver who empties the cafe’s dumpster has stolen his heart. Could a hunk like him still care when he finds out Jack’s secret?
Trash and Treasure is an MM shifter romance with a flirty baker, a brooding artist, hurt/comfort, unusual art, a fancy tree house, found family, fated mates and seductive donuts.

A short and sweet story.
Trash and Treasure is a short novella set in the Fox Hollow Zodiac world written by Morgan Brice. You can read this as a standalone with no problem. The two MCs are new characters and this is a complete story for them.
I love how the Fox Hollow world has all different kinds of shifters; many are animals that I’ve never read shifter stories about before. Mico is a racoon and Jack is a possum and they are mates (which their animal sides recognize before they do).
The story features yummy donuts of all different flavors as Jack is a baker who likes to experiment with different flavors. Mico empties trash dumpsters and he’s the recipient of Jack’s confections when he makes late-night trash pickups at the bakery where Jack works.
This is a super cute story with an HEA and a little bit of an angsty moment for Jack and Mico. I’m really enjoying the shorter books that Morgan Brice is writing for this world.
