“You stole my heart; I had to steal you whole.”
On the night of his eighteenth birthday, Navid is marrying the illustrious tycoon, His Excellency Zana Massoud. He barely knows the man, yet he is now Zana’s property. Affected by the grim teachings of his conservative tutor, Navid fears he won’t be able to fulfill his husband’s needs and make him happy. He only hopes that the intimidating alpha will treat him with kindness. Soon, Navid comes to the maddening conclusion that everything he’s been taught about sex and marriage has been wrong.
Innocent is an erotic romance, inspired by MM omegaverse.

This is a beautiful, erotic love story
I want to start by saying this is a standalone story but it is about the parents of Caleb who is one of the MCs in Devoted. Devoted is also a fantastic erotic love story and I highly recommend it.
I got hooked on Roe Horvat’s writing a few years ago when I read The Other Book and I’ve read everything he’s written since then. It’s hard for me to describe his writing but every book ropes me in and doesn’t let go, even after I’ve finished reading it.
Innocent is definitely an erotic story, with lots and lots of explicit NSFW scenes and language. BUT… it is also a beautiful love story set in an omegaverse world where omegas are seen as property. Fortunately for Navid, Zana doesn’t agree that omegas should be considered property.
Zana worships everything about Navid and wants to take care of him. Navid is only 18 when they get married and he is untouched and pretty innocent. He’s been taught that he must obey his husband and see to his pleasure; Zana doesn’t want that and encourages Navid to do things that he wants to do.
I wish I could do a better job of reviewing this book, it moved me to tears more than once – a sure sign that I’m loving what I read. If you enjoy omegaverse, MPreg stories with lots of hot as fire 🔥 sexy time I highly recommend Innocent.
