DAVID – Beginnings is a collection of 4 short stories about David and Bradley. The blurb for the book pretty much says everything except for how HOT these stories are.

The stories are told in first person, by David, and are set in London. Bradley is an American working in London and David meets him in a gay bar. The writing is just a bit more stilted (jerky?) than what I’m used to (even though I’ve read a lot of stories written by British authors) but I suspect that’s just this author’s style and I quickly got used to it. If you haven’t read much by British authors it might take a bit longer to get used to some of the phrasing of sentences. This isn’t a complaint or criticism, just a warning to readers so you know what you’re getting and don’t complain about it after buying the book.

David and Bradley have great chemistry together and I thoroughly enjoyed reading this collection of stories about them. There is one more story available in this series, Valentines, and I plan to read it very soon.
