He’s a werewolf
She’s his mate
Her family would kill to keep them apart
A wolf in Landry Cooper’s position doesn’t really do the dating scene-there’s simply no time when he’s taking out bad guys practically every day of the week. But when he meets beautiful Everly Danu during a bank robbery, he’s sure she’s The One for him. The problem: she has no idea what Cooper really is…until his secret is exposed and she discovers the man she thought she knew is a monster in disguise.

Nothing hotter than a wolf in uniform!

What happens when the one wolf with all the love advice finds himself falling fast with no one to dish out the insights to save the day? Ms. Tyler certainly puts her Lord of Love Advice in one heck of a predicament when she pairs Landry Cooper with Everly Danu. The two are absolutely perfect for each other… that is until Everly discovers that he’s a werewolf. One tiny glitch her family will do everything to exploit in seeing the two never end up together.

Being the EOD tech on a SWAT team can be rather explosive by nature. Finding your ONE is downright incendiary. Cooper recognizes Everly as his One from the moment he meets her just before the bank they are in is robbed. Things become just a bit complicated when Cooper has to use a bit of his wolf to take down the bank robbers and save Everly from a hostage situation. Mandatory psych evals could possibly put a real crimp in a wolf’s career. Then again the time off could prove a blessing in disguise when it comes to courting the woman he’s head over heels with… that and chasing down a mad bomber.

Everly knows Landry is just the man for her… until it’s revealed that he’s a werewolf and the past comes back to haunt her. It’s going to take quite a bit of soul searching for this daring artist to recognize that the man beneath the wolf is and forever will be the man she fell in love with. In the end Everly will have to decide on whether to let her heart lead her or let her family bully her with their over protective machinations.

If you like a good paranormal with plenty of danger and suspense then the SWAT series is a great place to start. To Love a Wolf is a wonderful addition to the series. I found it very enlightening to read the author’s note at the end. When the author noted that Landry and Everly are very similar in interests and personalities to herself and her husband it was like getting this special glimpse into their lives. I can only say I’d love to meet them 🙂
