BIRDS OF A FEATHER
Imaginative, creative, brilliant are some of the accolades Bradley “Birdy” Dobbs enjoys as the creator of top-of-the-line designer gin. Flighty, crazy, and irresponsible are also monikers used to describe him, mostly by the parade of Relationship Managers – read: death and doomsday business wazzocks – the bank sends over to Birdy’s company, Ori-Gin. When the latest number cruncher shows up with propositions Birdy can live with – and some he’s aching to try – Jaydon Tyrell becomes the most important member of Birdy’s flock.

I loved it!
Gin Me Over is witty, entertaining and an all-round enjoyable story. It’s short, coming in at only 70 pages, but this author does a fantastic job of creating a story that seems much longer (in a very good way).
I’ve been a fan of Susan’s Men of London and Fetish Alley series but this is the first shorter book of hers that I’ve read and one of the most delightful. Birdy is a strange fellow but entirely likeable. He needs help with his business but Jaydon is the first person the bank has sent out that he has been able to tolerate.
The moment Jaydon sees Birdy he is captivated. He really gets Birdy and want to help him make his business more successful. An unfortunate incident threatens to break the good working relationship they’ve developed. But Jaydon wants more than to just do business with Birdy and knows he’ll have to come up with something special to win him back.
The story culminates with a great Valentine’s Day surprise and I loved everything about this short novella.
