I loved these two stories.
Feathers From the Sky
This was a really great story with a little bit of heat. At 18,000 words/84 pages it was just right to fill the hour I had between appointments.
Several years ago Cal told his parents that he was bi-sexual but they didn’t really take him seriously. He’s been with Philip for three years, and living together for more than one, but Cal’s family thinks they are just roommates. He wants to tell them the truth but keeps putting it off.
I love the family feeling this book has; it reminded me a lot of Christmas with my own family when I was young. Cal loves his family but sometimes it can just be too much togetherness. He is so happy when Philip arrives even though it means that he must finally do what he’s been dreading and tell them he loves Philip.
The whole story was full of warm, fuzzy feelings and emotions and I loved it.
Analog to Digital
I loved this story. A sure sign for me that I love a book is if it makes me cry. And Analog to Digital accomplished that nicely. ? Even though I suspected what was up from near the beginning of the story, it didn’t diminish my enjoyment one bit. And I didn’t get it all quite right anyway so I was happy for the surprise that Posy Roberts gave me.
Read the blurb for the details but know that it’s a wonderful story full of family and emotion and love. I always enjoy a good holiday themed story even if the holiday it’s about is months away.
Two great books available in one paperback!

Witnessing everything he wants up close and personal makes him ache for more, but he knows Toby is allergic to marriage. Ethan has to decide: admit he wants more and risk losing Toby or find a way to live with what he’s got.
But there might yet be hope for a Christmas miracle.
Posy Roberts started reading romance when she was young, sneaking peeks at adult books long before she should’ve. Textbooks eventually replaced the novels, and she somehow existed without reading for fun. When she finally picked up a romance years later, it was like slipping on a soft hoodie . . . that didn’t quite fit right. She wanted something more.
She wanted to read about men falling in love with each other. She wanted to explore beyond the happily ever after and watch characters navigate the unpredictability of life and create a happy home. So Posy sat down at her keyboard to write the books she wanted to read.
Her stories have been USA Today’s “Happily Ever After” Must-Reads and Rainbow Award finalists. When she’s not writing or editing, she’s spending time with loved ones and doing anything possible to get out of grocery shopping and cooking.
